For bookings, we also collect passport and travel document details required for tickets, hotels and visa applications.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process bookings, submit visa applications on your behalf where requested, and communicate with you about your trip or event. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share necessary details with airlines, hotels, visa centres, embassies and event vendors only as required to fulfil your specific booking — never for unrelated marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle your booking and any after-service follow-up, and as required by law for travel and financial record-keeping.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data (where we are not required to retain it) by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@sairspata.com.
