These terms are a general-purpose starting point and have not been reviewed by a lawyer — please have them reviewed before relying on them for legal compliance.

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once we have received your agreed payment and issued written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email). Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and can change with airline, hotel or exchange-rate fluctuations until payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation outcomes depend on the specific costs already committed on your booking (flights, hotel deposits, visa fees), which are often non-refundable to us. We do not apply a single fixed refund schedule — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking, and we will confirm what is recoverable for your case.

Visa Applications

We assist with document preparation, appointment booking and application submission. We do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application — approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring passports are valid for the required period, for providing accurate information for bookings and applications, and for complying with the entry requirements of your destination.

Events

Event packages and inclusions are agreed in writing before the event. Changes requested close to the event date may not be possible depending on vendor and venue commitments already made.

Liability

Sair Spata acts as an agent coordinating with airlines, hotels, visa centres and event vendors. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service failures caused directly by these third parties, though we will assist you in resolving issues wherever we can.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
